The District of North Vancouver describes itself as eight community areas. Each page below says where to vote, which all-candidates meeting is nearby, what the District lists for the area, and how Max Zahedi's priorities apply there.
Lynn Creek
The District calls Lynn Creek one of its new town centres: bounded by Lynn Valley to the north, the waterfront industries to the south, the City of North Vancouver to the west and Highway 1 to the east, with new homes within walking distance of Phibbs Exchange, and home to Capilano University and to Seylynn, Bridgman and Inter River parks.

Maplewood
One of the four town centres designated in the Official Community Plan, close to the waterfront and to business and industry, with the Seymour River, the Burrard Inlet foreshore and mudflats, Maplewood Farm, Cutter Island Park and the Windridge Escarpment.
Seymour
The largest community area in the District, bounded by the Seymour River, Deep Cove, Burrard Inlet and the forests of Mount Seymour.

Deep Cove
A small, waterfront-oriented village centre at the eastern edge of the District, bounded by Seymour, Burrard Inlet, Indian Arm and the mountains.

Upper Capilano
The northwest corner of the District, on the slopes below Grouse Mountain, bounded by Highway 1 to the south and Delbrook / Upper Lonsdale to the east, with its commercial and community heart in Edgemont Village, which the District is refreshing.

Delbrook / Upper Lonsdale
A primarily residential area between Upper Capilano, Lynn Valley and the City of North Vancouver, known for its views and park space.

Lions Gate / Lower Capilano
The western gateway to the District and the first community after the Lions Gate Bridge, with the commercial area along Marine Drive.

Confirmed fact The eight areas and the neighbourhoods inside them are the District of North Vancouver's own, from its "In your neighbourhood" pages, read September 12, 2026. Central Lonsdale, Lower Lonsdale, Grand Boulevard and Calverhall are in the City of North Vancouver, a separate municipality that elects its own mayor and council on the same day. If you live there, this election is not yours — the City's is.
