Confirmed fact The District calls Lynn Creek one of its new town centres: bounded by Lynn Valley to the north, the waterfront industries to the south, the City of North Vancouver to the west and Highway 1 to the east, with new homes within walking distance of Phibbs Exchange, and home to Capilano University and to Seylynn, Bridgman and Inter River parks. Residents also call parts of this area Lower Lynn and Lynnmour.

Max's priorities, applied here

Lynn Creek sits between the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge and its interchanges, which the Province owns, and Mountain Highway, which the District owns. Max's proposals keep that line clear: one construction calendar for District roads, and the seat every mayor holds on the TransLink Mayors' Council used to press for the North Shore's share of transit.
More of the District's new homes are going up here than almost anywhere else. Max's position is growth in the centres with the infrastructure delivered on the same timeline, and a plain-language report on the provincial housing target so residents can see whether the District is on track.
The wastewater plant's cost lands on every household in this community through Metro Vancouver charges. Max's first priority is accountability for that cost, in public, before the next regional project is approved.

Voting places are open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Advance voting is Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at District Hall; Saturday, October 10, 2026 at District Hall and Parkgate Community Centre; Monday, October 12, 2026 at District Hall and Parkgate Community Centre. Bring two pieces of identification, one with your signature and one showing your name and your District address.
